1915 Russian great retreat turn into great encirclement in Poland

what if German encircle Russian force in polish salient . in otl Russian army was 750K in Poland of that 250k was lost. what if whole Russian force in Poland was encircled.

what are the effects ?

Possibly most of the Baltic States, rest of Poland, half of Belorussia and maybe another half of the Ukraine will fall to German and Aust-Hungarian advances before the Russians are forced to ask for an armistice

How? This isn't 1939 or even 1918. Mechanized forces are none existent. The Germans can't really advance any faster then their soldiers can march. Cavalry was organized and trained for reconnaissance and skirmishing, not exploitation. The Russians will have practically forever to see the pincers closing and withdraw, which was precisely what happened.

I'm convinced the Central Powers could not get all 750,000 in the bag, but I don't think its impossible for them to improve on their OTL results in terms getting 100,000+ more in the bag. This won't be a Kiev style encirclement, but operational plan and deployment changes alone should be able to give the Russians less time to retreat even with WWI technology.
