Just got this idea from reading a MILITARY HERITAGE article on Anthony Wayne & the Legion of the US at Fallen Timbers- which opined that, had Wayne not achieved a decisive victory against Little Turlte's Indians there, the simultaneous crisis of the Whiskey Rebellion in western Pa & Ky could've resulted in the British being emboldened enough to provide arms to the latter disillusioned rebels & generate a secessionist impulse. Now, WI this scenario had in fact occurred ?
 
No outside intervention against the French Revolution

As I understand some other states attacked Revolutionary France. I also believe that a lot of the 'terror' took place in this context.

Could Revolutionary France have been left alone

PS I ask this knowing that my knowleged of OTL in this area is limited and am, as I often do, asking questions rather than pushing a pov
