1013: No King Sweyn

In 1013 King Sweyn Forkbeard of Denmark landed in England and was proclaimed king.
King Aethelred II the Unready fled to Normandy.
Suppose in 1013 King Sweyn Forkbeard never came to England. What happens then?

Edmund II has a more peaceful rule! It won't stop the "Normanification" of England but it will slow it down. Also the Godwins will not rise to power, or at least not as fast or as completely.
Presumably the succession goes Ethelred, Edmund and then Edward (not the Confessor but Edmund's son).
