I've recently tried a map including the greatest clichés of alternate history. Here's the result about Übercliché Europe (sorry for the poor quality, I've tried to keep rivers and OTL's frontiers, but...) I'm currently working on an Übercliché North America.
It could go well with an Übercliché chronology, as contemplated here: https://www.alternatehistory.com/discussion/showthread.php?t=244465&highlight=clich%E9
Comments:

HIGH KINGDOM OF IRELAND
KINGDOM OF SCOTLAND

MONGOL EMPIRE
Divided into various hordes, invaded a large part of Europe in the 13th Century, then had to withdraw, but keeps the Pannonian Horde as an outpost into Central Europe.

RUSSIAN EMPIRE
Got its independence from the Mongol Empire and widely expanded, lost a large part of its Western conquests to the Reich during WW2.

A NOTE ABOUT RELIGIONS
The most widely spread religion in Europe is Mithraism, coexisting with various pagan cults, like Odinism in Scandinavian Union (the only country with a pagan majority).
No country has a state religion, but for the Caliphate and the Roman Empire: respectively Islam and the Emperor's cult, both coexisting with aforementioned religions.
