Yes it is: It might not say China by name, but aside from Indochina there's not really anywhere else the map could expand to.

The Devs themselves have actually said they eventually plan to add China/Indochina/Indonesia/Japan/Korea, though later on in the game's lifecycle. To quote dev diary 109: In addition, notice the floorplan they provided a while back: Box on the right hand side is the relevant one. The limits...

Aside from the Eccentric Trait (which frankly exists for a very sensible reason) and the Adult Education activity, which of these are even LARP related?

He never showed interest, but conversely he never really showed disinterest or a lack of ability to understand what's going on. 11 is only average learning for CK3, so I thought it was balanced.

1 is way too low. I mean, that's worse than most child characters - I'd have stuck it at six/seven prior to Big Bobby B falling into PTSD stricken alcoholism. Intrigue should be about the same. Diplomacy should be up somewhere 16+ - for all Robert's faults he was a very good diplomat. Something...

Last time I checked, Love & Lust was actually last which is a surprise. Personally I hope for Wards and Wardens, in the hopes of anything resembling a Regency or better still, interregnum mechanics.

Does a more lenient Versailles treaty really prevent the rise of Nazism and WW2?

Cripes, by the end of that he’d probably look like Hitler. Post petrol.
