  1. "Our Struggle": What If Hitler Had Been a Communist?

Exactly, like even Stalin can't compare to fucking Leopold 2 in real life, he killed 50% of all the people in the congo. And the other european powers weren't much better in how they treated their subjects.
  2. "Our Struggle": What If Hitler Had Been a Communist?

I personally thought that was implied heavily
  3. "Our Struggle": What If Hitler Had Been a Communist?

Well, in the introduction there's a passage from an ITTL anti-socialist book that discusses how Hitler was ruthless. And as an example, they use 'revolutionary terror in france'. Not ethnic cleansing, not concentration camps, not even Stalinesque deportations. If ITTL Hitler did anything close...
  4. "Our Struggle": What If Hitler Had Been a Communist?

Stalin, maybe doesnt. But Hitler ITTL is much less evil than the Hitler IOTL, he's a pseudo-anarchist. So he would probably care more abot people's lives
  5. "Our Struggle": What If Hitler Had Been a Communist?

Yeah, you're right, they'd probably nuke a place that doesn't cause needless deaths. Though the Americans would probably be quite close to developing nukes themselves. Albeit without the intellectual resources they had in our time, they'd probably get there eventually through domestic research.
  6. "Our Struggle": What If Hitler Had Been a Communist?

I'd be willing to bet that the Comintern gets nukes first (given that the Great Purge would likely be butterflied away and Jewish Scientists like Einstein would probably stay behind in the new Socialist Germany) and just nukes London to secure an armistice where they'd control most of Eurasia.
  7. "Our Struggle": What If Hitler Had Been a Communist?

Does this mean Stalin backstabs Hitler and then installs a puppet in the DAR? Also I think it is highly likely that Albert Einstein et al do not flee the DAR, and thus give Germany a chance of getting the bomb to end the war in the 11 year stalemate. Especially since it was Einstein who...

  14. DBWI: Lenin dies in 1924

Comrade, it would have been so much worse with out the leadership of Lenin. He only attacked bourgeois intellectuals, not revolutionary comrades and proletarian scientists. His programmes for the revolutionary sciences attached many bright idealists from around the world, like Nikola Tesla the...
  15. DBWI: Lenin dies in 1924

OOC: radical ramblings incoming I was hoping that Operation Barbarossa would have been avoided, thanks to the rise of the glorious revolutionary general Trotsky. And MacArthur, the Fascist American Nazi allying president would have been murdered with an ice pick as Trotsky would have liked to. !
  16. DBWI: Lenin dies in 1924

Today is the 75th anniversary of our great leader, Vladimir Lenin's death. A tragedy, however rumor has it that he nearly died of his strokes in the early 1920s, before his miracle recovery. Something changed in him after that, directly influencing his policies, arguably for the better.
  17. AHC and WI: Bolsheviks and Socialist Revolutionaries merge in 1917

By Socialist Revolutionaries I mean socialist revolutionary party. Also, would it be interesting if Lenin had led the socialist revolutionary party instead of the Bolsheviks?
