    It was called Hitler Has Won by Frederic Mullally, i read it at school in the late 80s, it was probably the first alt history i ever read. :)

    It will be interesting to see what happened to Kelly's baby, the first human born in space, and if there have been any more since. I don't recall anything in the trailer unless it was a blink and you missed it appearance.
