    I have come to consider Europe as paft of Asia. A large penisula really. She could be considered a subcontinent but she doesn't even have her own tectonic plate as India or Arabia. World's largest penisula then; good enough & accurate.

    It's the Mortal Engines setting. Geoweapons, nuclear bombs and then the passing of a couple of thousands of years or more. There isn't a detailed description of the world's topography by the author though nor any official map.
