    A better performing Barbarossa AND planning for a longer campaign. my speculation is always for a naval strategy to eliminate the Soviet fleet from the Baltic, and at least attempt to do so from the Black Sea as well, the Soviets staged major evacuations by sea that bolstered Leningrad and Crimea.
