Wouldn't it be a more effective use of said submarines to sink Japanese surface logistics ? 24 tonnes in or a few hundered minimum deprived from Japanese effort.... seems to be a logical way to go. Also wounded and high value individuals can still be evacuated at the end of the war cruise .

Its not a given that Hitler will declare war on America. We haven't heard about much outside the direct effects on this tank based timeline....perhaps politics are differant here, a subtle change or two and it may not happen.

Well its going to be a hard job for the man but if you can make him say 250-300 feet tall, impervious to all shot and shells, he probably stands a good chance. But as there is only one of him he cant be everywhere so im thinking its going to be a tenuous hold over most of the globe .

It's not worth it. Withdrawn from service to go to be rebuilt ...though at what site....war on you know. Then retrain crew. Time worn airframes Not in production ....lack of spares. It wasn't worth it in out time, why when the UK and Commonwealth is in a better situation would they look at...

I must admit i thought it was pretty common knowledge that the General Stuart was allso called Honey . As i understand it she was a Honey of a tank. And much appreciated by it's crews.

One thing from this timelines perspective is the after battle reports. British tanks no longer cut the mustard, they are in need of updating to keep that little bit of an edge. The need for a decent he round is going to get so loud it cannot be ignored. More or better sloped armour is needed...

Slightly off the gist of the thread but why are the American rebels called patriots ? Surely as a British subject the patriotic thing would be to be loyal to ones King....rebelling against the king is sort of the opposite of patriotic ? Im not doing this for argument im just wondering where...

It is amazing how many people drop what looks like fudge brownies on the track....yet those people never ask us to retrieve them....no idea why

Trust me.......still have some carriges that deposit directly onto the track here in uk. We have to make it very clear to customers if they do happen to drop something on the track they probably don't really want it or should at very least sterilise it !!
