  1. Dunkirk disaster and Spain declares war on Britain.

Well that's rather insulting towards Franco and Stalin. Again the reasons why neither would join the war against Britain have been laid out and you haven't offered one fact to refute them, simply repeated the assertion that a marginally weaker Britain would radically change the behaviour of...
  2. Sir John Valentine Carden survives.

I doubt the Turks would be thrilled at a war being fought almost literally within rifle range of their country though, and if someone can't read a map and lands on or bombs the wrong island.
  3. AHC: Defend the Falklands

Yeah I suspect basing a viable force of interceptors on the islands would likely have been very challenging. Maybe they could have staged A4's via the islands (maybe as a fueling stop ?). My understanding is that Argentina IOTL did asses their ability to make more use of the runway on the...
  4. Why are the western allies bombing civilians?

Harris was, pretty much by 1944, Captain Ahab brought to life with the specter of actually breaking the morale of the German population his White Whale. In any reasonable circumstance he would have been relieved in the Spring of 1944 when he simply ignored repeated directives to go change Bomber...

  6. Implications of having the RAF involved in Libya air strike in 1986?

The Black Buck refuelling ops were quite the Heath Robinson affair, so there's a precedent for it...
  7. AHC: Save a notorious flop

Johnson did nothing of the sort. The Disney era has been astonishingly good. The classic era characters were served well and given endings suited to their arcs, the new ones were fleshed out quite well (Rey is nothing like Alice from the Resident Evil film series, who is the very definition of a...

Spain and England wound up in the same group again, and it would be the same result yet again, with Spain advancing as first seed, while England took second, albeit this time the battle with Poland was close, with Poland being inches away from being able to grasp second, but would finally have...
  12. The son of Anne of Brittany and Charles 8th lives?

suppose so, it really depends on whether if they (the regency) want Charles to marry sooner or later... although as we've mentioned that Elizabeth would be more likely due to timing, i think Eleanor could be more useful. it really depends if they want peace with England or the Habsburgs/Austria...
  13. Why are the western allies bombing civilians?

Because it is good to stay in the habit of considering our actions, doubly during war time.

Tudor Twins - a Tudor AU

The Freelance History Writer has lots of articles on the Tudors. Wikipedia is okay IMO. The Anne Boleyn Files does good on the 1530s too. There are a few good documentaries/podcasts on Youtube too. It looks quite promising. I love Tudor timelines a lot!
  15. Sir John Valentine Carden survives.

yeah the islands are only useful maybe as training solutions to landing operation i guess mainly and maybe canceling the dieppe raid could be another hope i guess aswell if you use these resources in the med . Cause the dieppe raid was pointless outside showing how hard landings were and i guess...

Well, many Southern Vietnamese got to enjoy a visit to a Re-education Camp after 1975 til they got their mind right, or escaped by boat. Both did however, have a higher survival rate.
