A Hippie in the House of Mouse (Jim Henson at Disney, 1980)

Yup, and each exhibit would have corresponding audio/video from "Rod Serling" (played by Mark Silverman, who did OTL's Tower of Terror preshow).
  2. AHC: Wank the McDonnell F-4 Phantom II

I thought of that. That would be good, too. I'd want a TF earlier, if at all possible. All excellent ideas. If I got my way, that would happen in original production, not just as retrofits, so age wouldn't be an issue (so much...).

Threadmarks: Chapter Thirty-Two – The Election of 1816

Chapter Thirty-Two – The Election of 1816 The election of 1816 was to be an odd one. The democratic republicans had booted Monroe thus the president had chosen not to run for a second term. This would mean that the election would be fought by two new candidates. Henry Clay was chosen to replace...
  4. WI: Frosted Flakes were more crispy?

I think it might depend on what time frame we're talking about. If the change involved adding sugar, the 1970s are probably the last time that would go over well.
  5. Discussion: What if Edmund, Earl of Rutland survives Wakefield?

I had a funny thought. What if Elizabeth Woodville becomes the mistress to George? He might be frustrated that he is in a childless marriage with Margaret Beaufort, and maybe blame Edmund for convincing Edward on sticking him with a barren wife. His bitterness towards Edmund could be worse...
  6. For Want of a Word – Stolypin endures

If this world butterflies Lolita out of existence, that's fine by me, although I would in fact miss Ada or Ardor. If he had written that stuff in the conservative society that would have been a prolonged Tsarist Russia, the shit show would be hilarious to see.

Threadmarks: Chapter Thirty-One - He’s Not One of Ours

Chapter Thirty-One - He’s Not One of Ours From the go Monroe was not considered a popular president. The federalists lambasted him for his cabinet choices and questionable actions. Despite this, at first Monroe was liked by both his party and the people. He had been Secretary of state under the...
  8. A Hippie in the House of Mouse (Jim Henson at Disney, 1980)

I was thinking that! It'd add a bit of verticality to the ride, which can't be a bad thing! Like there'd be a section where the riders undergo shenanigans in the hotel's elevators. So effectively reviving the Museum of the Weird idea associated with the Haunted Mansion?

Threadmarks: Chapter Thirty- A Near War

Chapter Thirty- A Near War Tensions between the British and America ns had not died down after the war. No real effort had been made by either side to solve the remaining problems between them. It was made worse when the British took Mexico, which infuriated the America ns more. Monroe had...

    Threadmarks: Chapter Twenty-Nine- Race Acts

Chapter Twenty-Nine- Race Acts Monroe like burr before him hated the British. He believed they were inside the country causing unrest and though his claims were not completely untrue he believed the democratic-republicans had to act before it was to late. Though the country had been on...

Radar & fire control improvement, including the HMCS, digital data bus, coupled with better missiles (AIM-120 etc.), GPS, glass cockpit, better windscreen and HUD. PW 1220 engine, indeed. Ability to use air-to-ground guided ammunition. Before all of that - make sure that actual aircraft can...

    Threadmarks: Chapter Twenty-Eight-A Weaker President

Chapter Twenty-Eight-A Weaker President James Monroe was a master diplomat but a weak president. His cabinet was known to make most major choices and his actions during his presidency made support for the federalists return again. His presidency was considered the most like that of a dictator...

A Hippie in the House of Mouse (Jim Henson at Disney, 1980)

Perhaps some kind of cross between that and Tower of Terror? Speaking of The Twilight Zone, if such an attraction based on the IP comes up ITTL somehow, maybe it could be something more fitting - an interactive walkthrough attraction based around a mix of iconic and relatively more obscure...
  18. WI: Frosted Flakes were more crispy?

My issue as a kid wasn't the crispyness (I ate them without milk like a normal person), my issue was they weren't frosted enough. They would last longer in the milk so I think people would be happier as a whole.
