So let's suppose the Confederacy wins the American Civil War. Would it be inevitable that the North would eventually force the Confederacy back into the Union?
I would like to discuss how would Russia be affected if there was no Soviet Union and no revolutions that lead to Soviet Union's creation. The World War 1 shall still continue until its normal time.
If it will cause the transformation of Russia into the Soviet Union, then no. In the scenario I want to discuss, Russia should not become Soviet Union and there should be no communist regime. There should be the regime that was before the revolution(s).
So let's say that the Russian communist revolution didn't happen. Obviously, there would no Lenin, Stalin, etc, in power. How would this change Russia? Would it have any impact on the world (if any)?
