  1. Vietnam, a unwinnable war?

The problem with going into Laos is that it basically starts a new war. No one likes having foreign invaders around, so that is quite a complication. Add to that the international reaction where the USA shows itself as invading innocent neutrals, and they lose quite some global goodwill, even...
  2. What are some cliches in a Central Powers victory TL?

Easier to draw on the maps, I suppose. And more 'different'.

"Our Struggle": What If Hitler Had Been a Communist?

Tbh, I can count on my finger which communist country didn't become a brutal dictactorship.
  4. More Helicopter/light carriers in post ww2 period

Roughly the same size as a San Giorio (?) but with more aviation facilities. And you could probably shave something off the lifts if not using Harriers or an equivalent.

WI: Edward VI dies in 1547 while Henry VIII lives on?

As I said, he could bypass Mary. Or just declare both his daughters illegitimate, screwover Mary Queen of Scots and jump onto the Greys.
  12. WI: Edward VI dies in 1547 while Henry VIII lives on?

But Elizabeth would not have been, in this scenario, the first in line to the throne- unless something happ- ens to Mary. But I forgot about Lady Jane Grey & company.
  13. Could Germany have Caused a Reverse-Battle of Britain?

You might HOPE they learnt ... from Wikipedia ... On 18 December 1939 .... "Originally 24 Vickers Wellingtons took off. Two turned back owing to engine trouble before reaching German airspace. The German reaction was slow, but eventually they scrambled fighter aircraft to intercept. Just over...
