  1. Why so many nazis commit suicide at the end of WWII?

If you think that history is a constant battle between opposing peoples, in which the stronger ones wipe out the weaker ones, and you lose this battle, what should you do else? Wait for the perceived enemy to slit your throat?
  2. Why so many nazis commit suicide at the end of WWII?

Which people do you have in mind? We might be better able to answer your question if you give us specific examples.
  3. Why so many nazis commit suicide at the end of WWII?

You asked, quite literally, why someone would use the phrase "good riddance" in regard to deceased Nazi war criminals. I was under the impression that you were the confused person.
  4. Have Hudson Motors continue to be viable company up to the present.

Also if you can make hudson survive outside the us that would surely helped in their survival (like i mention previously perhaps makinh a utility vehicle for the develpping country would help or the idea of the previously discussed hudson "bull" could be great and especially if they sold it to...

How about Christo - Indians from the Indian Sub Continent? or Christo - Indonesians? That's around 20 plus million each.
  6. Eparkhos

Who could have been the most chaotic, insane and "lost" American president ever if elected?

I will write this, and I will have the Patriot Crisis spiral out into war.
  7. Why so many nazis commit suicide at the end of WWII?

  8. Why so many nazis commit suicide at the end of WWII?

I only saw the wikipedia pages of those he considers less crazy, but well what you say is what I think while an average German committed suicide, crazy people like Dirlewanger or Hoss believed that they could somehow survive in the postwar period.
  9. The Forge of Weyland

The US Navy bill is much more like the build planned in 1938 than the 2-ocean navy bill from OTL. In 1938, quite a bit of the construction was to replace old ships; with the war, they may well put these into reserve instead, at least for a shoret while, but at the moment there is no naval panic...
  10. If Rome got rid of slavery would it have advanced more?

Slavery was one of the reasons not THE reason I don't get why this is so hard to understand Also power mills were not as common as people think at least not at first it was invented by the greeks in 2nd century bc ( or even earlier ) and yet we have to wait until the late 1st century to see...
  11. The Visigoths win at Vouillé?

Whatever happens, it would be a big challenge for the Visigoths in a medium term to keep their territories in both sides of the Pyrenees, so sooner than later, they would either split or give up some part, if not Aquitaine, then their territories in Spain would be taken by Suebii, Vandals...
  12. Have Hudson Motors continue to be viable company up to the present.

I think hudson can survive to the present day if they again played their card right and/or produce one thing that is quite common Other than that im excited for this tl to happen
  13. Why so many nazis commit suicide at the end of WWII?

That the world was better of without them.
  14. Why so many nazis commit suicide at the end of WWII?

That would be the opinion of pretty much all of western civilization, on both the political right and left alike. Nazism, like all forms of totalitarianism, is a dead horse. People don't view the Nazis of years past favorably, they don't view the Nazis of the present favorably, and they don't...

Automotive WI: Hyundai Motor Group acquires MG Rover, Saab, De Tomaso, Hispano-Suiza, Bentley, Jaguar-Land Rover, Lotus, Mini, and Rolls-Royce

This from what I've read so far is the makings of a complete and utter monster of a 'Conglomerate' of a car company. You're creating the motor industry's version of 'Godzilla' . . . and will no doubt have the Exec's and share holders of GM, Ford and Toyota waking up with wet sheets from the...
  16. Why so many nazis commit suicide at the end of WWII?

I think this list is not a good example because when you look at it, you see lots of SS Generals, Nazi doctors, Gauleiters, concentration camp commandants, civil servants/Party hacks involved in repression, Nazi generals and a few random people. I think a discussion about why ordinary Germans...
  17. A Second Wife, A Second Husband: A Tudor Timeline

Because it's totally incorrect - Lambert Simnel was sent to work in the kitchens after he was caught by Henry VII and later became a Falconer, dying in 1525 after having at least one son. As for Perkin Warbeck, he died in 1499, having his head chopped off. Simnel's story never changed as to whom...
  18. Can the US keep the Lexington-class battlecruisers?

Is that not simply laid down by then? Were Hōshō/Eagle not conceded experimental and finished in 22/24 for example? " however, that all aircraft-carrier tonnage in existence or building on 12 November 1921 shall be considered experimental,"...
  19. What were the biggest tech and weapon mistakes and missed opportunities of Germany in ww2

In salt domes. The caverns are deep underground, up to 1000 meters, created by drilling down and then dissolving the salt with water. it is roughly 10 times cheaper to store oil below surface with the added advantages of no leaks and a constant natural churn of the oil due to a temperature...
