  1. Germany goes East in 1914 - French Munitions Production?

IOTL, Germany's offensive crippled French iron/steel production for the entire war, resulting in drastically lower munitions production from 1914-1916, with disastrous consequences for France's manpower and ability to go on the offensive and apply tactical lessons. In 1914 France produced 4.69...

"Most Interesting Scenario To You" Redux Thread

Here are some of my favs: 1) Buddhist Europe Bactrian monks are sent back to their homeland in Greece and other Middle Eastern/European lands, turning them buddhist. I always find it interesting since much of western culture is based off of Christianity and replacing it with a very different...

  6. What if Admiral Yamamoto survived World War II

Even if Yamamoto skated, he wouldn't be much in demand except as a memoirist. To be honest, his experience in long range blue water warfare and carrier operations won't be applicable for any JSDF naval needs for... pretty much his natural lifespan, and then some.

    AHC: Save a notorious flop

I was watching a episode of a 50's tv western , and a villain seem very familiar. It was not till the credits that I realized that it was Adam West and he was nothing like his Batman He was a far better actor ,especially in his early years as a actor ,than many give him credit for.
  9. "If They Want It They Can Have It": Ulster's Tragedy.

A remake of sorts. For the record I wrote a similar TL called "Winter In Dublin". Set on both sides of the border in 1968 it was about how the Irish army in response to the violence in Derry employed a small undercover unit to carry out guerrilla attacks in the North.

True, if he/she is born in the states or if the other parent is American (note the requirements for citizenship by having an American parent varied at different points in the 20th century).
  13. "If They Want It They Can Have It": Ulster's Tragedy.

Is this a prequel or a remake?

Go North, Young Man: The Great Canada

I was including it in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area because Kitchener to Guelph is about 30 km, but in retrospect I'm gonna change that.
  16. A Shift in Priorities - Sequel

Who the first inhabitants of Britain were, whether natives or immigrants, remains obscure; one must remember we are dealing with barbarians. (Tacitus) The nuclear explosion near Derby on August 11th, 1962, roused the German surveillance forces out of their tranquil routine. Within the hour...
  17. Democrat victory in 1868 if Lincoln lived?

The South was in a state of chaos after the southern armies disbanded which lasted a very long time. That security vacuum created roving bands of criminals, the Klan, and all sorts of unpleasantness. The Congress didn't want to provide the resources to police the South after the war, but wanted...
