Then you have to figure out which WWF talent is most likely to make the jump to WCW. Would they getpeople like The Rock and Stone Cold, or The Undertaker or would it be the reverse of OTL's Invasion?

You still have to deal with WCW's structural problems, with so many people having creative control, or pro wrestling in America will become even more niche as both major companies collapse.

Still, I don't think this Civil War will be anywhere as bad as OTL since the Confederacy is fighting against the US and Mexico, and the Upper South probably doesn't want any part of a two-front war and will probably stay with the Union.
