  1. 东方红 (The East is Red)

This timeline is...really something. Consider me subscribed.
  2. Flag Thread IV

Thing I did a while back. The flag of the United States of America, standardized to match the flags of twenty-six states. Mind you, I'm not terribly fond of the flag. The blue is too light, I think, and I'm pretty sure the text reading "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" is off-centre.
  3. "What Madness Is This?" - A Timeline

Actually, WMIT? has an equivalent to Star Trek. It's called Starship Titania and it's pretty much what you'd expect. Though it came up during the "first ending" phase, so it might not apply here and now.
  4. Alternate Wikipedia Infoboxes

We had a brief surge in pop culture and war infoboxes, but for the most part it's elections all the way down nowadays. Not sure why; possibly it's because an election is easier to model than a fictional work of fiction or war, but that's just an uneducated guess. But like Ares96 said, they don't...
  5. Alternate Wikipedia Infoboxes

The infoboxes themselves look good, the timeline seems dodgy. I'm a fan of Slick Willie, yes, but I don't think the United States would tolerate him for upwards of sixteen years. The United States has fairly well-entrenched democratic traditions; before the Twenty-Second, we elected only one...
  6. The Great Crusade (Reds! Part 3)

Patience, Grasshopper. The TL will update when it updates and not a moment sooner. Jello's of the "take your time" school, it seems, and he's writing a novel. Besides, we've gotten something from Illuminatus Prime and that's good enough, isn't it? ... Okay, I'm as impatient as you are...
  7. Very Minor PODs

    Says who? Docmagnus
  8. Very Minor PODs

Alternately, say it gets cancelled in the early 2000s, after Fox starts hearing that the show "just isn't funny anymore"? Wait, that would require Fox suits to care about whether or not something is "funny". Hmm--"it's no longer funny"--people stop watching--ratings drop--ad revenues...
  9. The Great Crusade (Reds! Part 3)

Hmm. Bad wording. Probably should have said "more authoritarian forms of communism".
  10. The Great Crusade (Reds! Part 3)

Except that anarchists aren't so much against organization as they're against the power of the state. And like the guy above me said, the UASR is a pretty nice place to be. By the way, Jello, how does Marxism-DeLeonism differ from more orthodox forms of Communism?
  11. Alternate Acronyms Game Megathread

Demolition, Orbital, Lunar, Antimatter-based, Nuclear. PUSSYCAT.
  12. Alternate Wikipedia Infoboxes

    That's just too special. :D
  13. "What Madness Is This?" - A Timeline

FUCK YES! Good. Oh, dear. Crap. Double crap. Crap on a crap sandwich with a generous side order of crap. I've been keeping track of how long it'll be 'til Earth is a smouldering ash heap. Last update had me optimistic--maybe the planet would make it to 2100 without further incident. Now...
  14. "What Madness Is This?" - A Timeline

*Opens thread* *Clicks "go to first unread"* *Reads through* Ulp. This month's updates are why I love (and when I say "love" I mean "thank God I don't live in") this TL: The way things completely collapse. So, "Kim Jong-Un" in power in the remnants of the NUSA, a global depression, the NUSA...
  15. The Great Crusade (Reds! Part 3)

Woody? IIRC, he's leading the folk wing of the UASR's popular music scene.
  16. "What Madness Is This?" - A Timeline

Good God. Just...Whoah. When you thought the Union couldn't get any worse, they drop the Bomb. And Dictator-President Washington--"We had to destroy freedom to save it". Things aren't going to get better, are they?
  17. TL-191: After the End

Well-done, David. A fitting conclusion to an excellent piece of work!
  18. Emberverse Map

Um, you have Bekwa listed on there twice.
  19. TL-191: After the End

Well, knowing Dave, it'll probably be worth the wait.:D
  20. TL-191: After the End

Early June. Yeah. But David had better update soon or I'll do something odd.
