So far, this is my favorite alternate-Nazi Germany timeline, I would say The Anglo-American/Nazi War is my first but that is during the war, whereas this is an entirely different, unique outlook on it built from the ground up. Subscribed, shall be watching with much interest ;)

What time would this be happening? Obviously the Middle Ages, but did Russia control the Caucasus or even the Black Sea coastline and have a way to actually invade on its own yet?

I believe they were known about, but not the true extent, until the fifties. And here it would be the Italians discovering the oil, and all the money can go towards crazy Fascist Italianization projects on Libya and other places.

Germany wins eventually, that is the outcome with this.
