I think that depends on how it was propagated. If it was depicted as it happened IOTL, then certainly the Gestapo would show up. On the other hand, if they depicted it as a sort of Communist dystopia ruled by Jews, it would fall right in with Nazism. An ATL's ATL? That way lies headaches.
