You mean in Turtledove, or OTL? cause in Turtledove TL-191. the Central Powers won both WWs.

True I guess, it stretches from Louisiana in the west to the Philippenes in the East, it is a bit big. but I mostly put all the places considered French and made them apart of France., gave them the colonies of some of there conquered countires, etc.
