With a POD in the 30s or later, just how much of a difference could these guys have made to the course of WW2? I'm doubting they'd change the course of the war, but i'm willing to bet they could at least be a thorn in Britain's side. My question is just how big could this thorn be?

Well the Russians have wanted Constantinople for centuries, not sure if that extends to the Soviets. If we have the Russians do better in the war, there's a chance they could grab some OTL Turkish territory but IMHO getting them their dream of Constantinople is pretty far-fetched

Because those territories were Germans before WW1. Also, Hitler's plan was to send the Jews to Madagascar, thereby making them a sickly, weak people. Either way, can you really see Hitler turning down a chance to grab some extra territory?
