Any chance that the netherlands became part of the german empire ins 1871?

If the empire would had been on the defense in the west and would had builded a system of trenches etc and stopped the french early would the french started their own version of a schlieffen plan and invaded belguim?

Is there any other conflict that could turn into a world war and germany is not part of it? Maybe there is no fleet conference in washington and the japan/uk would go to war with the us?

This is my first try so i hope i did it right :D What if israel refuse to join france and the united kingdom for the suez operation? Will the whole operation be cancelled and if not how will the relations between israel and egypt developed afterwards ?
