    This is basically what the post says. What happens if Spain doesn't capture Minorica from Britain during the American Revolution. Would this have any appreciable effect on the Napoleonic Wars? It could possibly make Spain more anti-British, but I'm not sure what that changes. Your thoughts?

    Philly was still our capital after the ARW. I never heard of any other of the capitals changing permanently in the ARW.
