Well after playing hearts of iron 3 several times I'm to the conclusion the AI in the game wants war. So if no agreement then there would be war and then Czechoslovakia Poland,France and Britain curb stomps Germany. Germany would lose and 30 or so million wouldn't die in the end.

tried looking for any information about Late war German tank Infared scopes but couldn't find anything here. What if Germany was able to mount infared Scopes on tanks 6 months or so earlier would it have made that much of a difference? From what I can tell the infared optics were available late...
