While the book doesn't mention that Japan got the eastern side of the Soviet Union, it's very likely they got it anyways. In my opinion, B_Munro's map feels much more accurate.

I just got it a few months ago on DVD. It seemed a little corny, but I'm sure it was better in its time. However, I did think it was very entertaining.

I hadn't realized Turtledove made a refernce to his own book in the Victorious Oppoisiton. Most interesting.
