Song China, with its nomadic rivals more disorganised than OTL, and also the early death of Temujin, and miraclily archived industrilation can have much more chance.

Compared to OTL 20th century, which have China preserved its independence through various wars and chaos, it was still a screw as it gave up its independence to Germany. But it is alright as no one died for this, a little screw maybe.

I would rather say it's a Sinoscrew.
