    I see. Actually I was thinking that the country will take the Buddhist interpretion of "all lifeforms are equal" when dealing with ethnical issues, but yours can be an nice dystopian alternative. EDIT: Also, the third alternative is to cut out Tibet, the Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang from China.
