reactors are built were energy is needed. Nobody lives in Siberia. Not compared to the west of Russia in any case. I suppose a lot can be done with hydro power and simple coal or gas plants.

Waffles are very Belgian. If Belgium stays neutral... they can sell them at the frontlines. Much like they did with doughnuts during WW1. Then the Germans can intergrate it into their onwn country.

Even with the US in the fight the Soviet outnumbered them like 3 to 1. Sure they were on their gums, but don't underestimate commitment after a betrayal like that.
warm engines and warm clothes are nice but what happens when a snow storm hits your advancing army or has hit your route and covered it in snow? What about the luftwaffe? Its not just cold, you got lots of bad weather and shorter days.
well i'm not sure how big(heavy) the corium pile was, but wouldn't it at least consistently pollute the water of the Dnjepr river all the way to Kiev for years if contact was made? I'm not saying its going to be a whole lot, but pollution you don't want to live near.
