The Sudeten War: History of the World after an Alternate 1938

I think FDR would continue as the depression is still going and I think FDR would like to lead America out of the depression. This time he will not have the war spending to lead America out of the great depression. This could mean less stress and better health for FDR. To bring about the major...

A lot depends on how much of a threat Stalin sees the Catholic church as. I could see Opus Dei being a target for the NKVD. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opus_Dei How the rest of the Catholic world reacts will be interesting.

The Sudeten War: History of the World after an Alternate 1938

Indeed. While the theory of deep battle was around in the 1930s it is hard to know if the Soviets could use it in 1938. The radios in all tanks I do not think is possible. How many of the radios would work or what range they would have is hard to say. I suspect the Soviets had a lot more problem...

Hard to say what the price per kilo would be. A lot will depend on who is running the space trucking business. In the longer-term capacity a payload of 550 tonnes per launch, will be useful for very useful for sustaining a large space programme.

Why didn't the Irish take advantage of the British fighting in the ARW to launch their own rebellion?

The problem with rebellions in Ireland was the number of spies working for the crown among the rebels. In the Irish war of independence, the Irish had a better spy network than the British had.

Why didn't the Irish take advantage of the British fighting in the ARW to launch their own rebellion?

Indeed. Both the French and American revolution were a big influence on the rebels. The last rebellion before this was almost 100 years before this 1689–91. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Williamite_War_in_Ireland As you say the major discontent was with landlords and the tithe to the Anglican...
