As others have said, Sweden's entrance would have some major effects, including a longer, tougher war for Russia (more purges by an angry Stalin?) and allied intervention. If the allies do interfere with arms, munitions, and possible volunteers, then Scandinavia has fallen into the allied camp...

Who knows? The French certainly might intervene, but the other powers might just see it as a way to weaken Russia.

Well, with a starting date of May 15 (which IIRC actually was the planned date), Hitler's forces have an extra month to use to take Moscow. They still might not take it, but a bloodier Moscow campaign could have effects on the war later on...
