I'd reckon that the Eastern parts of Indonesia (Bali, Papua, perhaps the entirety of the Timor island) would secede or declare independence from Islamic Indonesia. In the long run I think only Sumatra and Java, perhaps Kalimantan too, would constitute the nation. The strife between Islamists...
