If he wins, he'll pretty much have to head to New Hampshire before he is even sworn into the Senate in 2017. Same with Ray Sullivan in West Virginia. I don't think the voters of West Virginia like the idea of him using the state as a doormat to another run for president. 2022 maybe, but not 2018.
