    Apologies for the late answer. The yellow colour in Siberia is meant to show areas lit up by the Orbital Mirror. The Tsar plans on making Siberia warmer. To compensate for the warming of Siberia, the North Pole has been permanently shaded by the Orbital Sunshade to prevent drastic sea level...
