    It's often a 'we don't believe this vote is going to be fair' case. Bangladesh has it happening on regular occasions, usually whenever the opposition believes the government is rigging the election and doesn't want to give it the legitimacy of looking like its actually won the election.

    Worth pointing out that the pro-Independence faction in Malta boycotted the referendum in significant numbers, which was also a factor in disregarding it. I think it was still probably a slight pro-integration majority, but more like 55% than 75%

    Blimey, you're not wrong. Great Britain, featuring the 1650 extent for Cornish rather than today's 450 people scattered across the county, some very odd Scots Gaelic spots across the lowlands, and in complete contrast a random English monoglot spot in the heart of Y Fro Gymreag.

    No, Wuhan is a city in Hubei province comprised of the merger of the three old cities of Wuhang, Hankou and Hanyang, Yunnan is a large, diverse province on the southern border of OTL China.

    It's good overall, but on that specific point I think it's a little too much extension- to the point where it feels like they're separate maps entirely pasted in. Especially with the lat-long lines not extending over that bit.
