    What if Saddam invaded Iran?

But wasn't that strategy completely useless against Iran, considering that it was Iraq that was attacking Iran and so Iraq should have chosen offensive strategies to overcome its enemy.

    Modern day Vietnam

Angola could be a candidate. South America is problematic because the USSR had no possibility of supplying a country on this continent.

    PC: US offensive on Hanoi

Could the US have successfully conducted an amphibious landing in North Vietnam, followed by an offensive on Hanoi? And would the US have won the war by taking Hanoi and occupying large parts of North Vietnam?

Interesting AH ideas that aren't commonly used

How did you lose this papers? Also, how far on the road to social revolution would Röhm have gone after defeating the Reichswehr and taking power? Would an alliance between "National Socialism" and "Bolshewism" have been possible? And how strong would the antisemitism of the...

*WW2 in a Central Powers victory scenario

Maybe WW2 wouldn't happen at all. OTL WW2 was only possible because Germany was humiliated but not weakened enough to prevent a second war. France wanted to break Germany's back in 1919, foe example by annexing the Ruhr area, but Great Britain was opposed to it for fear of a French hegemony on...

How could the French had won the Franco-Prussian War ?

Napoleon III's first step to victory is staying in Paris. He was very ill, he was in great pain and couldn't concentrate. He had an outdated military training and almost no experience. His presence with the army was a liability, his capture meant the end the French Empire. If he stayed at home...

Could Bismarck unite the Holy Roman Empire-Voting

Correct. Germans call the HRE "das alte Reich" (the old empire) to distinguish it from the German Empire, called "Kaiserreich" (Empire). There certainly is an ideal continuity connecting both entities.

Adolf Hitler / Austria's Struggle (Österreichs Kampf)

Not quite true. Austria-Hungary's government was a specialist in "Durchwurschteln" (muddling through) and even if strong nationalist feelings existed, the indepence of the different nations without Austria-Hungary was only made possible by the defeat of the country in WWI.

    An "American Kalingrad"

AFAIK Kaliningrad was more of a prize trophy, the heart of "Prussian militarism" now being under Soviet control (a bad comparison: imagine an enemy of the US annexing Philadelphia and confiscating the Liberty Bell).

    Early Industrial Revolution

I think you're underestimating both the prerequisites and the consequences of the Industrial Revolution. The condition for the complete revolution of production, labor relations and scientific progress that was the industrialization wasn't just "placing all the workers" in a central location...

    Early Industrial Revolution

Yes but human labor is not enough for a complete revolution of production, transportation and economy.

    Early Industrial Revolution

That's for sure. However, if you're alluding to ancient slavery, it's influence on technological progress (or the lack thereof) is still disputed in historical science.
