  1. Prolonging the Futility: A WW2 European TL

West Germany was remilitarized ITTL, but it wasn't the continuation of Nazi Germany (at least legally, and in terms of government members), and openly, loudly, rejeted Nazism. Here, it's literally still the Third Reich (with more power in military hands, but the military had the same conquest...
  2. Prolonging the Futility: A WW2 European TL

It would absolutely be different. Portugal and Spain never carried the Shoah, gassed WAllied troops, gassed and firebombed British cities, invaded France... Or fought two world wars against them. Also, there would be much less fear of Soviet invasion of Europe. Soviets have their own pre-war...
  3. The Sudeten War: History of the World after an Alternate 1938

Agreed. And IOTL, Indian soldiers were volunteers, while Imperial Japan and the Reich were cartoonishly evil. National China is NOT cartoonishly evil. Chiang initially just wanted the concessions back, and came to invade SEA only because the Westerners overreacted, and gave independence (with...
  4. The Sudeten War: History of the World after an Alternate 1938

Also, USSR might retaliate with chemical, radiological and bioweapons (over Western Europe), which while not as devastating as nukes, would still hurt badly France / Britain / Germany.
  5. The Sudeten War: History of the World after an Alternate 1938

Do the Allies seriously hope to reconquer (and hold) Indochina, Singapore, Malaya and Burma ? Or the concessions in China ? Like, even if Stalin loses, THAT won't happen ever.
  6. The Decade of Disaster: What if the Franco-Prussian War Escalated? (relaunched)

Did Italy take avantage of the fall of Austria (to take Tirol, Fiume, Istria and Dalmatia) ?
  7. A Different World War II (A Draft TL)

I suspect that Spain will be heavily divided, with the Republicans and Francoists opposing the Falange government (and possibly, deciding - ironically - to avoid fighting each other until the Nazis and Grandes are out). In other words, the Grandes government will soon be hated or opposed by the...
  8. Vichy France, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, and Thailand gets the same reputation as Nazi Germany, Italy, and Japan

About Vichy, thing is... Germany did NOT want Vichy France to declare war on the Allies (and participate in offensive operations). For starters, it would have needed to relax (or outright renounce) the military limitations (of numbers and equipment) that Germans put in the 1940 armistice. And...
  9. Vichy France, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, and Thailand gets the same reputation as Nazi Germany, Italy, and Japan

It depends. Mostly, if Vichy French colonial administrators and officers (and their colonies) still rallied the Allies after Operation Torch-equivalent in North Africa. If not, the French Empire would likely be dismantled (though Britain might be reluctant as giving French colonies independence...
  10. Vichy France, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, and Thailand gets the same reputation as Nazi Germany, Italy, and Japan

True. Also, lots of people think of Mussolini as "not that bad" simply because he wasn't Hitler's level of Evil.
  11. Vichy France, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, and Thailand gets the same reputation as Nazi Germany, Italy, and Japan

Pétain was popular and seen as a savior. And even after the war, most people (including Resistance veterans) believed, or wanted to believe, that Pétain's collaboration with Germany had merely been a ruse to protect France from the occupier (while preparing for resistance). Ironically, most...
  12. Vichy France, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, and Thailand gets the same reputation as Nazi Germany, Italy, and Japan

Vichy France was heavily interested in collaboration with Germany (wanting a true genuine collaboration : France supporting Germany, and in return Germany alleviating the armistice, and later France being the right hand of Germany in the New Europe). Darlan (as a Prime Minister) was even pushing...
  13. Qing's intervention in WW1 if they survive to 1914?

    Don't forget France (from Indochina).
  14. Ottoman Empire embraces "Dualism"?

About your last point, it was likely unrealistic to try to hold on Albania long-term anyway (surrounded by hostile neighbors, mountainous and at the end of a long supply chain). So not a big drawback.
  15. Ottoman Empire embraces "Dualism"?

A Greco-Turkish dualism wouldn't work in 1870, simply because Greece is already independent (and would never ever relinquish its independence to the Turks again). If you want it, you need to change completely (or remove) the Greek War of Independence in the 1820s.
  16. Cold War bloc - the Axis of Pariahs

An embarrassing subset of the West (but still useful enough to prop up discreetly).
  17. Poland-Lithuania going into the XIX century. Who would be the king?

Indeed. The Partition might not have happened, but Poles knew very well that it was close (and did lose some land). So Austria, Prussia and Russia are still threats and enemies (even if they aren't occupiers).
  18. Separated at Birth: America and Drakia

Better : the dying Klein gets to be young again, in OTL 1914
  19. Separated at Birth: America and Drakia

Wouldn't the Draka and Axis simply be allied in such a case ? Draka stopped at Ankara would still have Levant, Arabia, Iraq and south of Anatolia... As well as Persia (likely) as the conquest of Persia didn't depend on the Battle of Ankara. Moreover, Soviet Union would still have South...
  20. If no WWII, when does India become independent ?

The USA embargoed oil because of the occupation of Indochina, which won't happen here (since it followed the Fall of France, which doesn't occur here). Besides, they can still buy oil from the DEI (Netherlands not being at war wouldn't follow any embargo).
