All-Russian Union of Trade Unions (Syndicalists) (alt.version)
In general, I believe that there should be 2 big ways: completely alternative-historical way, where any Bolsheviks do not play any role, and alternative-Bolshevik, where only totalists are similar to the OTL USSR.
So in first way there should be alternative version of syndicalists (and they are less authoritarian than Bolshevik syndicalists). They would be more like anarcho-syndicalists.
