Lands of Coal and Salt, or the History of the Niukonska

Introduction
Tsetopah [1], Samahah [2] Province

The Grand Chief 'Bear Runner' has had a long and fulfilling life as the Mayor of Tsetopah. As he sits on his porch in his chair, he remembers the stories that his grandparents told him, just as their grandparents told them. They were stories of wonder and amusement, with each one being a treat. The ones he remembers the most were the stories of how his great tribe, and nation, was founded. He knows about the chance that the Niukonska could've moved across the Caddo River [3] with their brothers, but it was decided to stay, since the great coal mines were found around the same era. [4] He is happy to be living in the greatest nation in the world, in his homeland, and most importantly in the Lands of Coal and Salt.

[1] Cleveland, Ohio
[2] Lake Eire, literally 'Gray Sky'
[3] Mississippi River
[4] one of the pods; The Osage develop coal mines early on, and so doesn't migrate with the rest of the Dhedgian Peoples.

AN: what do y'all think of the timeline so far? I really like the idea of stronger Native Americans, and I'll probably need the help of any native osage/Siouan speakers if there are any on this website.
