Flags of a world in which the spanish were the ones who were famous for being pirate assholes instead of the French and British. Keep the hourglass symbols and other iconography, but maybe instead of the otl devil motifs they could go with counter cultural moorish patterns, or maybe things like vejigante or flower war masks.

What is the flag supposed to represent ? the whole world ? One particular pirate ?

A flag that would have inspired fear a few hundred years ago but is used in poporn flicks and muppet movies 300 years later. Maybe stuff like mexican calaveras instead of the jolly roger skull and Jinn instead of devils. Maybe throw in some Al Andalus green in there or something stolen from pirates who occassionally turned on their Barbary and Ottoman peers. Hell, the easiest way to do this would be to steal something from Fiestas de Moros historical reenactments and add piratey things like rum flasks.

However, the Americans found Roswell anti-gravitational technologies. Thanks to anti-gravity technologies, the Americans manage to repel the Nazi attack, and free the United Kingdom. Subsequently, the United States launched two atomic bombs on Japan, killing the royal family.


In the Third Reich, a coup kills Hitler and replaces him with a mysterious leader called '' EL Oscuro ''. The third reich is divided into zones between humans (those in gray) and demonic ones (in Red). While the free block was absorbed in a single state (except Japan).


Technology is a mixture of Dieselpunk and Atompunk.''

I have a request. A worldA with the following changes from OTL:
Quebec is independent. Southern Ontario is independent. Connecticut and New York State are also both independent. The EU is a true nation (but without the British Isles, Frisia, Bavaria, Iberia and Italy). Texas, New Mexico, and Northern Florida are all independent. The Blood cartel regime controls western Mexico as a de facto nation. Israel is larger. Iraq and Syria and Jordan are one nation (with the exception of independent Kurdistan). most of the 'stans' are united. Tibet and Sinkiang are independent. Korea is united. Veracruz is independent. All of WS is Moroccan. Yemen, Oman, and UAE are now part of KSA. Bangladesh is part of India. Guiana is Brazilian. An 'East African Union' exists (includes Kenya, Tanzania, etc). South Brazil is independent. The southern border between Chile and Argentina is moved further westward. The Hutt River Principality is independent, and has expanded in size. NZ's North Island is split in two. Finally (though not essential) borders between countries to be dashed lines.

If you can't actually do flags at the moment, maybe you could suggest the next round for the Flag Challenge? That way you'd be free to enter the next one, by which time you'll hopefully have full access again, and it doesn't take someone else out of the running by being the originator?
I'll post this suggestion in the WFC thread as well, see what the other regulars think.

I would like to request a map of East Asia where Tuva and Inner Mongolia (as on this map, not the modern-day region of Inner Mongolia which has different borders) are part of an independent Mongolian state along with OTL Mongolia, Tibet is independent, East Turkestan/Uyghurstan is independent, China has Outer Manchuria, Korea is an independent united country, Taiwan is independent (but Matsu and Kinmen are part of China), Ryūkyū is independent, and Japan has all of Sakhalin instead of Ryūkyū. Uyghurstan shouldn't have territory to the west of the red dotted line, for the record. To the South, India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh should be one country, and Burma, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam should have their OTL borders.

Looking for someone to make a map of the United States with five states with roughly equal population distribution and political representation, atop economic realism. The only caveat is that it does not need to go by current state borders. I need it for an election game, which is currently going by the current map:

It looks a little messy, maybe something a little less messy and cluttered that looks like one flag rather than four flags overplayed on top of each other
