WI, by legitimate or fraudulent means, the 1988 Chilean Plebiscite results are reversed, with Pinochet winning an eight years mandate?

How Chile and Latin America would react and behave with Pinochet entering the 1990s?

All would turn their back to Chile. Even USA doens't anymore support Chilean military junta when there is not anymore excuse after collapse of Communism. In CHile probably all anti-Pinochet people are in streets demanding him stepping down and blaiming junta from electrotal fraud.

The increible economoc boom of Chile in the 90 is butterflied away, the country continues to lag and the Economic liberatization is stoped, mostly because Chile continues with his paria-ish state status.
