The first thing I noticed was that the "historical range" region goes underneath borders, but the "current range" region goes over them. Japan doesn't exist? Fine, they're irrelevant here, but did they really have to cut off Indonesia?
I always thought that the Iranian peace treaty with Iraq was a little drowning.
I would think the past. The African Continent is mostly moving North (though the split off of Eastern Africa may not cause it to close completely.

i saw the American tropics shortly after but it's got nothin' on the Asia-Pacific Since they are Sealions, that's what they were trained for, the elimination of the British Isles.The worst thing about this map is the submergence of the British Isles

On account of submerging, according to reddit this is on a school wall (though they didn't specify which school)
I could almost understand it if they wanted to show the continents separately and decided to miss out all the islands - but what happened to Iberia?
I see this map came from our rather jingoistic period with the whole WMDs thing.
The long trek was deliberate, because the Hebrews kept whining, saying they would have better off in Egypt and that God brought them out there to lead them to their deaths. As he had already done more miracles for them on the trip than he did with the Plagues of Egypt, he told them to turn around. They decided to invade the land like he first siad too, but they went for the weakest, most worthless area and still got thrashed. They obeyed afterwards. Everyone was fed daily and Justin had to walk, but it was basically that people weren't going to be grateful if they kept harping on about Egypt and wanting to be slaves again.
