The internet comes under fire as well with a bill aiming to close IPs failing to pass congress around election time (the NSA's 'subversive individuals' list does not meet such scrutiny). Many of these initiatives are backed up by Kris Kobach, who fails to make the ticket in 2024 but is given back his old job of Secretary of Homeland Security in the third term.
