Jasper Sekiei, Military Governor of the Astley Quadrant
Jasper Sekiei is a high-ranking military officer in the Federal Space Corps. She is a female sentient crystalline xenohumanoid, apparently with a core made of the common gemstone Jasper, and a physical form made of hard light. She is not from the same multiverse as the Human Federation. After Transversal Navigation was invented in 2019, she was one of the first soldiers encountered during light-jumps around the universe. She and her allies, the Crystal Gems, were assisted in their war against the Diamond Authority, whom Jasper had served with great zeal until she was afflicted with 'corruption' in 2017.
After the Crystal Gem-Diamond War (2017-2023) and the Homeworld Pacification (2023-2026), Jasper left the Crystal Gems and enlisted into the Human Federation. Being immediately made into a Fleet Admiral, she was named Military Governor of the Astley Quadrant, a prestigious honor for a xenohumanoid. She would later serve with distinction in numerous wars, such as the War for the Liberation of Tosev-3, where another copy of Earth was liberated from foreign hostile xenohumanoid occupation. The 'Race' as they were called, were wiped out and genocided for their transgressions, and more Earthlings returned home, and mingled with refugees of the Gem race whom joined the HE.
The Iron Sky War was also a war with which Jasper served well--while Earth in this multiverse was destroyed, the National Socialist threat was nullified as their warship, the Götterdammerung, was destroyed by her warship. The refugees on the Moon were given enough supplies to build a thriving civilization, and the future 'Großhumanischbund' became a vassal state of the superior Human Federation.
The 'Axis-Human War' stems from another universe where Earth was conquered by the Third Reich and Imperial Japan--as a result, Jasper lead an invasion of the 'Pacific States of America', and from there, conquered the whole planet. However, Europe was rendered uninhabitable by cobalt bombs detonated by the desperate Nazi military elite. Many occupiers and collaborators were shot extrajudicially.
She has many military decorations and is one of the most well-recognized military leaders today. She has not been offered the seat of the First Citizen as she is functionally immortal, and served in a hostile army for most of her existence.
