actually there is a short story on the subject i read in one alternative history anthology.
Hitler becomes a well known painter, Main Kampf is the name of his most famous painting and Himmler narates the whole story in his position as world expert on Hitlers work.
Hitlers first great hate...
czechoslovakia was the first country to sell weapons to izrael in reality i do not see problem with them selling weapons in this tl...if anything czechs always had very democratic approach to seling weapons to anybody as long they got cash for it...they were selling weapons to both south vietnam...
not sure about muscovi but poles probably used western style arty....hussites vere big in to gunpowder they used gun called houfnice (howitzer derives from that) and tarasnice on top hand held hakovnice and pistala ...hakovice
i do not think czechs would produce me109 they had comparable if not better planes in avia bh35 and avia bh 135 in rl avia 135 was used n small umbers by bulgaria
the czech anti tank gun would be more like hetzer which was developed by skoda on pz38 tank chasis
skoda also developed prototype...
they are pretty much the same thing exept moust assault rifles use shorter cartriges
once you have modern amunition you can develop automatic weapons if you have need for them
the reason why submachine guns did not make earlier entry was more to do with tactics and need than technology...
as far as i know the development of the bigger 380mm guns and turrets took to long and they instaled 280mm system they used on the pocket battleships. i think they meant to put the heavier guns on later they did try this with gnaisenau but it was never finished
well the idea behind the airships was more of reconaisance and patroling in which they were very sucesfull and much cheaper then navy ships. and they would be great at anti sub operations in ww2 especially if outfited with radar. with these there would be no mid atlantic gap
actually low scale production of me262 was planed in czechoslovakia but stopped after 9 or 10 planes were made. the me262 in kbely air museum is actually czech made
if anybody wonders what happened to the russian gold

yes i know all about brens and lets not forgot the besa either and the heavy besa the cz had also some decent submachine guns and one of the early semi auto rifles
the first thing they would do would be to modernise the old Schwarzlose M1907 and M1907/12 machine guns
there is no reason not to...
