  1. WI Saratoga at Midway

Well, Saratoga was bringing replacement aircraft from the west coast in addition to her own reduced air group. As to if she joins either TF 16, or TF 17, or is in her own TF, I don't know. At the very least, the US will have additional aircraft available for operations.
  2. December 7, 1941. The Day Japan Attacked the Panama Canal

2 MG forward, 1 additional flexible one rearwards. 220-230 MPH speed, and like many Japanese aircraft, quite agile. However, they could not take much punishment.

This might not end well. On the bright side, if something happens to Lutzow, the Kriegsmarine's maintenance budget might end up being a little less.
  8. April 1942 Alternate Indian Ocean

Great story, so far. Side note, the wreck of CV Kaga has been found by the research vessel RV Petrel. They announced this tonight(Thursday evening). I think their Facebook page will have a short video or pictures, but am not certain. Sorry for sidetracking this story.

Warspite accidentally rammed Barham in December 1915 during an exercise. Barham was 5th BS flag at that time.

And now we may see what Moore will do when he is at sea again, and in command of the Grand Fleet's most powerful squadron of ships.
  12. Mitsubishi A7M Versus Grumman F6F

Outer parts of the wing folded, much like the Zero. Not like USN fighters, but it was something.
  13. April 1942 Alternate Indian Ocean

I take it you meant Kuma, not Tuma for the name of the IJN CL?
