  1. Give me your alt-history fashions

The pocket belts under womens dresses in Victorian England either gets transferred over to the 20th century or tge concept of womens fashion needing pockets does.
  2. War of 1812 is avoided, later potential of American annexation?

One thing people have missed is the American Military. The War of 1812 was the wake up call the US needed to realize that having no Federal military and relying on State raised Militia that couldn't operate outside of their state was a bad idea. Also, we have to take in to account how this...
  3. Flag Thread IV

  4. Kaiserreich: Legacy of the Weltkrieg

I always to Paternal Autocratic to mean a Male leader or figurehead with a cult of personality or is revered in a parental light who is central in a non-democratic government or Regime based on traditional or conservative values. While Nationalist Populist I understand is just Fascism.

  7. WI A later war of 1812

I wasn't singling the US out. Both are guilty of this. However the US became a nation under the assumption that the land they were fighting Tecumseh for was in everyway rightfully theirs after the 7 Years war. Britain giving most of the Ohio valley to the Province of Quebec in order to keep the...
  8. WI A later war of 1812

Now, you can't say this without going into a debate about whether or not either nation had a legitimate claim on that land. The war against the First Nation alliance was a war against a foreign power, and not a rebellion, no matter how often it's called "Tecumseh's Rebellion". Honestly I see the...

  10. Would Native American society have changed without European interference?

Are you referring to the Beaver wars? Or some other conflict that they were in the middle of when First Contact was made?
  11. PC: Prussian Greenland?

If the British seize it in 1914, Greenland could theoretically become a 4th Territory. Then Canada's secret plan to own all the ice in the North would require one less step. IT'S BRILLIANT!!
  12. Would Native American society have changed without European interference?

That's why I said Feudal was applied loosely. And I didn't mean it in a level of civilization kind of way. I meant more as time period of instability and competition between small "states" as populations grew and available resources and space became scarcer. An era resembling more Early city...
  13. PC: Prussian Greenland?

Well.... you know what they say about a Country with big Maps.....
  14. Would Native American society have changed without European interference?

No biggy. Figured you had a better chance of having a rough picture then me.
  15. Would Native American society have changed without European interference?

I know that it would take longer to develop, that wasn't my question. I'm wondering more where is most likely to reach that sort of level first, how widespread it is, and far along is the rest of the continent in comparison.
