Actually, most of the state borders in Mexico were around in 1922, w/ the exception that the Baja Peninsula was one state, and Quintana Roo state wasn't seperated from Yucatan state yet, otherwise the rest of the states did exist, albiet w/ slightly different borders in places.

Because, it is, first it is too close to NA due to the map being cropped off just to the east of its actual location, and second, the islands are also too far north. The Hawai'ian Islands are actually at about 20 degrees north latitude, not 30 degrees north as they are on that Diamonda world map.

In terms of internal divisions and international borders in Europe, no. However I did not make any attempt to illustrate the civil war situation in Spain, just showing internal divisions. You're welcome for the map.:)

@Arafan, Here's my 1938 OW BAM. I do indicate internal divisions in some of the countries. I haven't got around to finishing up adding in the rest of the oblasts (regions) in the Ukrainian SSR, been too damn busy w/ everything else.

Not yet, still working on it between doing other maps, and dealing w/ real life outside of the comp screen. I actually have to rework the entire world map, due to rivers not lining up w/ associated internal borders in the rest of the world, as well as trying to update the internal divisions data...

That planetarium program on that site is an adaptation of John Walker's Home Planet software. The graphics are primitive, you are much better off using Stellarium, for the graphics are much better, and planet and star positions are alot more accurate, not to mention that Stellarium is a stand...
