you have to go into one of the setup files, and there should be something like 'windowed*no' change it to yes, and i think itll work. i hope it helped, ive only done it once and might have messed up.

You would need to have a picture of every house in the world, and assign each and everyone an ethic color or blend of colors. That would be nearly impossible.
