They weren't intending to go that far - only to the Tocharians/Yue Zhi which according to the map I'm using as an aid for this story aren't that far northwest of the Yellow River. I'm covering the actual events of the Journey West and why it went so much further West in a later post.
A Eurasian Tale Part 1: The Manifold Paths of Heaven
The 4th Century BCE was a tumultuous one in China – where once the Zhou dynasty had provided a central authority ruling under the divine mandate of heaven, it seemed it had fallen out of favour. Former vassals now styled themselves as...
Was the only major mistake I saw in this post.
Otherwise, very good. The development of Flex Kavana and the Hart Foundation in general is interesting, and I hope there's a glimpse at how the Kliq vs. Hogan backstage politicking in WCW goes.
Heh, I love how the shoe's gone onto the other foot so completely, but... "Western Screwjob" is a bit bland. Can't you name it after a city? Perhaps to complete the absolute reversal, put it in a Texan City, and have the Harts and McMahon soundly booed whenever the WWE goes to the Lone Star...
Oh yes, I should've mentioned the PODs that have taken place so far:
1: A greater and earlier move towards extending Roman Citizenship to the rest of Italy

I'll be using the AD/BC...
I don't know about "highly underused" since I haven't been on these boards for that long, but a couple of TLs I haven't seen any/enough high quality versions of that I really would:
Surviving Roman Republic
Attalus III does not bequeath Pergamon to Rome/Attalids hold on to power and expand...
Glad to see this timeline starting up again. This concept of a Disunited America and the varying takes individual states have on republicanism is very intriguing.
I recall seeing one timeline on the subject - IchBinDieKaiser's America The Fallen, which might help.
It's a very interesting subject, though I don't know anywhere near enough early US history to be much help, I'm afraid.
Those poor Romans. XD
But I'm loving the thought of Magna Graecia and Massalia not just surviving but thriving, and Hellenizing Italy and southern France.
Can't wait to see what's going on in the rest of the Mediterranean.
